I think that work is the main reason for reducing sleep time.
But is the job really worth the effort to reduce sleep time?
Although reducing sleep time can have a negative effect on your body,it will not lead to good health.
And it also has a negative effect on mental health.

Oversleeping is not good, but if you currently have an average sleep of less than 5 hours, you should review your life and work.

In the past, due to work, my average sleep time was less than 5 hours,
but when that condition continued for more than 2 weeks, I was generally ill.
Of course, it also had a negative effect on mental health.

I will continue to keep in mind to get enough sleep in order to cherish my life.
