Coffee has its advantages and disadvantages, so be careful not to drink too much

Good evening !
I’m Midnight HELLO.

To us in the past
If you drink coffee, drink the right amount

Today I will talk about one of my favorite drinks, coffee.
Coffee seems to have multiple origins, such as the theory that the place name of Ethiopia in the country of origin is derived and the theory that it is derived from Arabic.

What I want to say in today’s blog is that coffee has its advantages and disadvantages, so if you want to drink it, the right amount is good.
However, the degree of influence of caffeine contained in coffee varies depending on the constitution of each individual, so I think that people who drink coffee and get sick should be especially careful.

By the way, I drink an average of 3 cups of coffee a day.
I’ll mention the disadvantages later, but when I worked more than 12 hours a day in the past, I didn’t feel that much of a negative effect even if I drank coffee until midnight.

Also, when I drink coffee, I almost drink black coffee.
Until I became a member of society, I liked sweet cafe au lait, and I often drank packed cafe au lait.
I still sometimes want to drink it, but since I learned that coffee with sugar and milk is not very good for my health, I have been drinking black coffee as much as possible.

So what are the advantages and disadvantages of coffee?
First, I will talk about the advantages.

  • Reduction of risk of lifestyle-related diseases
  • Reduction of risk of mental illness
  • Fat burning effect of caffeine

Studies have shown that continuous coffee drinking reduces the risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

It is also said to reduce the risk of mental illnesses such as depression and Alzheimer’s disease.

And caffeine, which is abundant in coffee, has the effect of increasing the fat burning rate, and it seems that you can increase the fat burning rate during exercise by drinking it before exercising.

However, please note that the above benefits are not 100% effective, and some studies may conclude that there is no significant difference in reducing the risk of illness.

On the other hand, I will talk about the disadvantages.

  • Adverse effects on sleep
  • Adverse effects on the stomach
  • Contains substances of concern for carcinogenicity

Excessive caffeine can have a negative effect on sleep.
In particular, caffeine is said to have an adverse effect on babies for pregnant and lactating women, so be careful.

In general, it seems better to avoid coffee after the evening.
The impact of caffeine varies from person to person.
If you are in a state of light sleep, once you refrain from drinking caffeine-containing drinks, you can guess how much the effect of caffeine is.

It is also possible that caffeine may cause stomach pain.

It is also said that coffee contains substances that are worried about carcinogenicity.
The substance is acrylamide, and in terms of quantity, instant coffee contains the second largest amount after potato snacks.
However, there was information that this carcinogenicity is the basis for animal experiments.

In conclusion, when you drink coffee, it is recommended to find the right amount to drink.

It is said that the upper limit of caffeine intake is 400 mg per day, so it seems that the maximum intake of instant coffee is about 4 or 5 cups.
By the way, the caffeine content does not seem to be much different between drip coffee and instant coffee.
However, please note that the acrylamide mentioned in the disadvantages of instant coffee seems to contain about twice as much as drip coffee.

Coffee has both advantages and disadvantages, but I think that you can relax and get good results by drinking an appropriate amount, so I personally would like to continue drinking coffee.

Thank you !
Nice midnight !
